Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase in the original condition that it was purchased.
Delivered items and shipped items returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery date. 

Shipping costs will not be included except in the cases as follow:

wrong item was sent

item was damaged on arrival

(photo evidence will be required)

 

Return and exchange windows are extended to November - January to the closest January 31st. Purchases and returns must be made within that time frame. 
(i.e. a purchase on November 10th 2021 can be returned until January 31st 2022)

 

Returns or exchanges with gift receipts will be given in the form of store credit.

 

Proof of purchase will be required for all returns and exchanges.

We try our hardest to your your packages out in 1-2 business days. If you place your order on a Friday, your package might not ship until Monday. After that, shipping is at the discretion of the service chosen. 

We offer our customers the opportunity to pre order collectibles. These are offered in the instance that our suppliers offer them to us. We always do our best to give an accurate time frame in which pre orders will arrive but we cannot guarantee the date. 

The manufacturers ultimately decide when to ship out their products and to whom.

We do NOT sell our customers information. That’s so sketchy. If you sign up for the newletter we only use your email to send you the newsletter. If you check out with your email or phone number it does save it to your order, but we would only need to use it to contact you about your order. No offense, but we really don’t care that much to save your info personally! :P
